Warum möchten einige Trans Leute ihre Nippel entfernen?

Gibt wohl vielfältige Gründe, spontan würde mir einfallen:

• Bei freier Transplantation der Brustwarzen ist eine weitere (wenn auch winzige) zu verpflegende Wunde, das möchten manche vielleicht nicht
• Manche finden Brustwarzen einfach unästhetisch
• Manche möchten vielleicht lieber ein Brustwarzen-Tattoo (die sehen teilweise echt unglaublich real aus)
• Ohne freie Transplantation der Brustwarzen ist die Operation eventuell günstiger (ist ja in manchen Ländern so eine Sache mit Selbstzahlern)
• Manchen Personen, insbesondere auf dem nicht-binären Spektrum, kommt eine Brust ohne Brustwarzen vielleicht näher an die Vorstellung ihrer Geschlechtsidentität

Edit: die Brustwarzen werden in der Regel nicht in einer extra Operation entfernt, die Entfernung ist in der Regel ein „Nebenprodukt“ der Mastektomie

Für ein Genderneutrales Äußeres:

The patient is gender neutral and feels that a no nipple aesthetic is congruent with their gender identity

Weil Nippel bei manchen Menschen eine Dysphorie verstärkt:

The patient reports that the presence of nipples intensifies their dysphoria

Ein Tattoo die echten Nippel ersetzen:

The patient wants 3D nipple tattoos instead of real nipples

Weitere Gründe:

The patient doesn’t like how nipple grafts look

The patient doesn’t like how nipples look

The patient feels having nipples and a flat chest looks too similar to a cisgender male chest

The patient doesn’t enjoy nipple sensation and would rather have them removed in order to not experience that
